Jays Night Sky

This painting is dedicated to my husband Jay, a relic from the days when we were just dating. He’s always been a lover of the stars and galaxies. This was the first birthday present I ever gifted him. Set the standard quite high for myself! It is not a real constellation, but I think it is no less beautiful. I hand painted each star with a tiny brush. I wanted to place every star perfectly, set in position individually much like I believe the Creator would. I’m still proud of this one today.
