Earthen Sun PRINT

I had this idea for a colour pallet that grew from my memories as an 11 year old; travelling the red earth, baked dry, outback of Queensland, on a six week family camping adventure. Yes it felt desolate. Yet also magical and mysterious. Then I had the vision of a sun-like design in bronze gold. It would be made with little lines and symbols, that crept like swirling veins and dots, outward from the centre. Mainly organic in form, with the addition of some more square (even digital) details traversing throughout. My hope was that it would invoke a feeling of the ancient. A cryptic tale. The stories of the soil and sun, sanctified in secrecy.
